evasion doesn't work in chrono and yea basically void is only kill-able with hex in late game

because of the emp buff. now playing qw invoker is so damn easy (unless you cant even land your tornado.. ). invoker kind of lost its challenge from last time because now q4e4 invoker and sunstrike invoker dont provide much team fight potential compared to qw invoker


I think depending on MMR bracket you'll see different "famous" picks. but pudges and invokers are global. see them everywhere. and every time it will be either they are damn good, or they just feed like they first time play that hero zz

like i said now invoker quite easy to play in pubs le
just play qw build tornado + emp everytime got war. then when got trouble just QQW and run away.. the movement so fast (usually paired with phase boots and euls) nobody can chase

its quite hard to dodge tornado (unless the invoker is.. noob?) because the AoE is way bigger than hook.
but yea like vinod said the best way to counter this is to anticipate when he will cast this and your team got a pipe. not getting a pipe against qw invoker is suicidal (which always happen in pubs sad to say)
and about ways to counter ghost walk.. its just like bone, more wards (or gem or dust) + disable. but the thing is now a decent qw invoker will use ghost walk to initiate instead of just escaping.. i guess the only way is your carry to get bkb and support to get pipe/arc boots.

hi guys im using a laptop for dota 2.. but now i bought a new monitor (22", 16:10 aspect) and tried using extended display because i multitask a lot. problem is now when i open dota 2, i cant seem to play properly because my cursor will go between both screens (my laptop and monitor) @@ any computer pro can help with this? I'm currently on borderless window on dota 2 if this helps.

p/s what I want is to play dota 2 on the monitor, while still can access my Chrome on my laptop's display (maybe when I die ), and I heard this can be done by binding some command to a key, but I dont know how.

pipe can only nullify up to its limit, but the silence still there.
doom and LC's duel mutes the opponent - all active skills and items, most passive skills all disabled. can't be removed by purge, etc. that's why the most OP single target ult.

get a teammates that can prevent you from being attacked like pugna (but magics will instakill you lol) / OD / etc

but most good LCs will get blink dagger to initiate duel on you.. unless she's lagging or you got superhuman reaction then can press ghost scepter

is there any chance where your teammates cast some skills on the opponent? I met some axe and invoker who cast their Q and tornado respectively making duel to lose its effect. other than that I'm not sure

When he first started I just cant get used to the Malaysian slang in commentaries.. but he provides a lot of pro views and correct facts, so its actually enjoyable. Nowadays commentaries are moving towards 1 pro player (winter, merlini, etc) + 1 build up commentator (tobi, LD, etc.) and I think its good. not boring and a lot of facts

agreed. I like how casters like winter and merlini are able to predict most of the draftings. and they provide also information on why the teams b/p the heroes. very nice. of course this doesn't applies to new strats laa

I like how he can bring up the hype of viewers.. but I remain conservative when he talks about facts and statistics. too many wrong info, always making me checking the dota2pedia to confirm what he said.

and I think DK always underperform every new patch - they like to try new stuffs recently. its a good thing as they are preparing for bigger tourneys soon.

dont play CM in pubs. needs a lot of coordination from teammates and super positioning.
play 'easier' supports like lion, shadow shaman, etc. or tankier supports like orge

seen too many CM with lousy positioning walking in randomly to cast nova and ult
in such cases they are only useful to put up wards and their aura..

but i do agree that a good CM player will put a lot of stress onto enemy players, and also because of her capability to find farm in jungle.

for aggressive supports I usually go for Lion or Shaman.. Like them both

lion and rhasta are picked specifically for different purposes. you wanna push all 6 outer towers in 20 min? get rhasta. enemy picked morphling? need more disables and instant burst for enemy carry? lion.

doom also.. I almost always pick / request for doom whenever i see invoker / storm. essentially make them 4v5 all the time

For clock, aghs is a must. imagine 3k range hook stun every 12 seconds I usually go only one level cog then max the other 2. max which one first depends.. if you trust your teammate can kill in offlane / easy lane then go max battery assault.. else just max rocket barrage for constant scout / harass, or if you cant farm properly in offlane..
