Account Bound Legendary Items, Pros & Cons?

I'm sure this question has been asked before.
Just realize that some of the legendary loots now are "account bound". I know we can trade it within a limited time after the drop (only to your party members) Trying to figure what is the reason behind this change? Fear of being hacked? Discuss? |
