theoretically,

education factor is secondary when you come to such rating.

student comfort, international intake, and quality of campus all helps to bosst rating, taking the top american for example.

while the top of the top probably are all well rounded, all of the suddent university from some redneck county seem to be pooping up, the main reason are the fact that people around are flocking to the US for more opportunities, and not because of their education system.

as such, large international intake, and as such most of these international student are accustomed to their old life, while the openess of american society seem far better than their traditional value, resulting in positive review.

there for, all this rating are bullshit.

i'm shocked there's no India higher institution in top 150  , i think there're a lot high quality research university in India
