afaik the mosaic algorithm is entirely random depending on software used to perform the alteration. you could ask the jav director for the name of the software used, go to the company etc adobe, find the guy responsible for writing the masking algo and torture the hell out of him for the source code.
protip: you could skip the final step. just find the director will do
