Its pigmentation (from sun exposure), quite normal for fairer skinned especially, but even darker skinned person can get this as well.

Very subjective this one...most sales assistant will suggest you Brightening product (vitamin C for brightening, vitamin E for skin renewal, etc etc). But you also need to put consideration on your skin condition (oily, acne, dry, etc).

Over the counter product will help you reduce, but just like acne, its not an overnight cure. If you wanna really really cure it, I suggest go to skin doctor to diagnose the problem, use doc's med...then later use over the counter (pharmacy stuff) later for maintenance. My fav skin doctor is Dr Ting at Jalan Imbi

if you're interested,I am selling serums.you can give it a try.the products i sell are formulated in switzerland and approved by the health ministry.Like spidergirl mentioned,it's not an overnight cure. Along with that I'm also selling day and night cream which are plant based ingredients.the day cream has vit c and arbutin and I also have masks.to help.

I personally like serums cause i have acne skins, gels and moisturisers don't seem to be enough 'power'.So i personally used the serums myself.smile.gif
