I went their show unit last weekend...Sales person quite honest to us...its located in bukit serdang ,not bukit jalil,dec 2016 completed ,block D will not open for booking...for block D after build then sell .block A sold out...block B and C not much unit leave...thats what i saw from there

If this area still can maintain its peaceful and greeny ,guess still got room for price increase.....hope its not another Scott garden
