COG is a bit pricy now, but I guess real Bukit Jalil is heading higher and higher price. Average selling price of new condo in Bukit Jalil is near to 650 psf.. I would say best option if you wanna stay near to bukit jalil. ZR, KR1 and KR2 is your best bid because their price is still lower than 600 psf.
Bukit Serdang is still cheaper and is near to Bukit Jalil. Most new property is selling still below 500 psf. Check out villa park and Sanderson and you will know. This is another option for you to stay near to bukit jalil.
Anyway, Skyz by IOI also very expensive.

The access road will cut thru those land which belongs to other land owner(s).. In the MPSJ town plan for Serdang area, there is the propose road to COG site as well as the light industrial site. I believe it is approved as the pan is from MPSJ, not developer... In order to have the access, MPSJ will let the developer to build the road.. So, guess you all have to wait for those empty land developed, unless MPSJ pump $$ to have that road for the people.

Buyers better beware of the progress... don't let it happen like empire city @ damansara... but really, I am not having confident on this developer... They showed me not professional when I visited their show room 2 years back.. Pray hard.
