I think so. Checked with Nokia Store, they said, they dont carry it anymore!

BTW, I'm a new owner of 1020. Bought a used model from lowyat, white in color.

Still trying to figure out things and moving data from my Nokia N8, served well!

Well price should go up like crazy for the used phones I guess.
I love it but at some point I might sell it to try something new.

That cheap? lol
Guess i'll keep it, since I don't think my next phone is ever gonna be as good as my current 1020.

still love 1020 although Galaxy Note edge and Mi4 tickle me a bit but i guess as it not yet available its not gonna bother me much.

1020 still make me proud to carry around and still relevent to use
WP8.1 also gave sense of continuity to love this phone extra more

I was planning on trying Edge as well. It looks nice and I never actually wanna try or have any interest in Samsung. This is my first time interested in any Samsung phone lol.

I'll keep my 1020 and make it as my portable camera if I ever plan to change.

I recently heard about 4k recording for Lumia 930/1520 with latest Lumia Denim update. I get it, its good but why Nokia cannot pull 1080p60fps? I'm sure it is a bold option for at least 50% smooth slow motion. Don't mind L1020 old hardware sure kenot handle lah kan..

4k on the phone... not that good anyway.
Not enough storage, end up can only do 5 minutes of video just like the Sony Xperia Z2.
You won't be using it most of the time.

I'm still on the old version, I guess the previous owner did not upgrade. Thinking about playing around a month or so, before upgrading to cyan.

The reason I got it was need an upgrade from my N8, most of the apps like waze, etc are not supported anymore sad.gif
Need a phone with good camera and not too big like 5in since I use pouch to keep my phone. Hence N1020 met my requirement rclxms.gif

Gonna try to transfer my sms and contacts via "Transfer my data" tool; tonite. Hope it goes well.

Wondering if I could transfer my Waze favorites?
Anyone tried transferring whatsapp data from Symbian?

Don't think you can transfer whatsapp data to another phone. Even on a similar platform.

For those who are interested to transfer Whatsapp data

How to save and restore chat history backups
Saving your messages

If you have an S60 phone, your WhatsApp conversations are saved automatically every day at 4am (your local time). Run a manual back up to make sure all conversations are saved:

Open WhatsApp and go to Options > Settings > Chat History > Backup chat history.
Tap Yes to back up chat history.

Restoring your messages

If you are deleting and reinstalling WhatsApp, you will be prompted with a message to import your backup after you first open your new copy of WhatsApp. Tap Restore and your chat history should load.

If you need to transfer your chats from one S60 phone to another S60 phone, transfer your SD card to your new phone before installing WhatsApp on it. If you do not have an SD card, you will need to copy the entire ‘wa’ folder from your old phone into your new phone’s memory. Install WhatsApp and click on Restore when you see it, and your chat history should begin loading.
Here is some technical information about your backup

Backup files are saved in a folder called ‘wa’ and are called MsgStore.bak.
Backup files are saved to both your phone’s internal memory and SD card, but only given that there’s enough space.
Backup files are only valid for 7 days after last saved. Make sure you import your chat history before it expires!
Backup files are phone number sensitive; they will only work with the same phone number.
Backup files are saved in a format to be opened with WhatsApp. If you want to read your conversations on your computer you can send them as .txt file from WhatsApp to your email.

Me toom eyeing at 1520 or something else.. the 4K 24frames per second (at 8mp per frame = 192mb per second?) definitely will need external memory support. sweat.gif
