Impossibru~

For a somewhat "premium" mall REIT...I think 6% yield is more than good enough.

Current net yield 5.4%

I just topped up at 1.19. Wanna increase my passive income-generating stocks exposure, gonna ignore the price fluctuations and just enjoy the dividends

QUOTE(AVFAN @ May 18 2014, 09:20 AM)
to me, average down or average up should not be the reason to buy anything.

any buying decision should be based on current merits/dismerits.

while it is certainly not a bad one in terms of fundamentals, <6% yield is not attractive to me anymore as there are many others giving 6.5-7.5% at this time, incl foreign ones.

as local interest rates are poised to rise later this year albeit marginally, more reason not to go for lower yields even if it is very liquid.

Just out of curious, why you choose to buy this share at the first place then?
