Most lack build quality and heavier compared to the likes of Advanti, Enkei or Sparco. There you'll find balancing nightmare, more prone to cracks etc..

Advanti is made in Taiwan . That's where their factory is located . Enkei , u get it from Japan , Thailand , China and even Malaysia . Even the ever popular mid range rim for conti Vossen rims from US are now made in Taiwan since a while ago to cut production cost and selling price . However , these rims r TUV-certified as well . Put it this way , avoid replica rims regardless of where they r made . Made in taiwan doesn't mean it's bad .

How about the 2nd hand rim sold at the tayar shop? Is that can be trusted? Coz that rim is trade-in mean has been tested on road is that right? No ideal!!!!!

Rims sold at shops are normally trade in from customers to change another . Most of the time , yes can be trusted yet there's no harm being more careful . Most common problem of rims are r dented lip which directly cause the tires to deflate over time . It can be repaired of course but how good is the job , nobody knows unless it's tested which in most cases , tire shops dont bother to test but resell it . So be extra careful inspecting the lips of the rims especially if it has been repainted . Best if someone can recommend a trustworthy shop or a shop u r familiar with .
