As title, DO WE need JOB AGENCY?? How this job agency earn their money??
By taking a portion of our salary or ....

Anyway, may I know Where is Penang/ Seberang Perai job agency?? Thanks

Yup, they really did. Anyway you have to know first the job agemcy you are looking for serve which kind of customers. Either its SME or MNC. Then, some might varies like there's a job agency recruiting for financial institutions only, so if you intend to work in bank, securities and etc can go for them. Whilst if you intend to get for a customer service or HR job, go for recruiting agency which focus on this field. There's a lot of job agency out there, online or offline one...so many. Anyway, the big job agencies are Kelly, Manpower and etc....for online one, sure its JobStreet...Yahoo Hotjobs, JobDB, Starjobs and etc....

They earn the money from job advertisement. Take jobstreet for an example, any position you post there you need to pay RM800. Once you're being hired by any company, they will charge the company for a certain amount of money.
