bro treehill, if based on the masterplan, that pc of land covers about 5 rows of dsl.. one row of dsl is about 38 units, so 5 rows means it covers about 190 units of ds houses.. the land area for 190 units dsl izzit enough to build a mall ? iam notsure though,  if 2 or 3 storeys?
