SPS uses the same old tactic... 22x75 with BU of 1900...and then next phase of same size with little enhance and BU increase to maybe 2100 sqft and then up the price....

BU for 22x75 in Setia Alam has reached like 2500sqft.....while EM 22x75 terus hantam 2509 sqft.... totally different strategy....

Samkor...I have the same suspicion too....

My point is what is the point have gap hoarding.... Dust can go thru. Noise can go thru. Human can trespass be it inquisitive visitors like Samkps or those vagrants or cheap thrills thieves. Better put red ribbon to say dilarang masuk.

How could SPS give vacant possession without completing the interchange? They aint that bodoh, right..... Theoretically, interchange is a 18 months project.....

It should be completed prior to VP of 1st Phase....otherwise buyers should "take down their signboard"

Just to add one...SP Setia or any developers will send the same billings twice...one via normal mail and the other one via registered mail...

Upon knowing the deadline, one should follow up with the bank to ensure disbursement is done prior to deadline. Later charge or interest will be borne by purchaser regardless the reasons (if late).
