SPS uses the same old tactic... 22x75 with BU of 1900...and then next phase of same size with little enhance and BU increase to maybe 2100 sqft and then up the price....

BU for 22x75 in Setia Alam has reached like 2500sqft.....while EM 22x75 terus hantam 2509 sqft.... totally different strategy....

Our G is only good to award mega contract to concessionaire and ...... (censored lia) ...They failed in a lot of aspects. Rakyat diketepikan, kontrak mewah diutamakan.

My point is what is the point have gap hoarding.... Dust can go thru. Noise can go thru. Human can trespass be it inquisitive visitors like Samkps or those vagrants or cheap thrills thieves. Better put red ribbon to say dilarang masuk.

To reduce the risk of suits from people who wandered onto a site and were injured, a company may secure it with hoarding to keep people out and provide clear legal evidence of a reasonable effort to prevent unauthorized access.

Contractors can also be concerned about theft and loss. People may enter a job site to steal building materials or equipment, especially expensive products like copper cladding. As a building goes up, it can be difficult to fully secure, creating openings for people to get inside and vandalize the structure or take building supplies. The construction hoarding limits access and makes it difficult for people to enter a site without being noticed.

Going there from the old road is really a killer. That saturday I took almost 30mins to reach from cheras batu 9. I hope the Lekas highway can save up to 10-15mins of travelling time which due to traffic jam, traffic light and etc.

Just to add one...SP Setia or any developers will send the same billings twice...one via normal mail and the other one via registered mail...

Upon knowing the deadline, one should follow up with the bank to ensure disbursement is done prior to deadline. Later charge or interest will be borne by purchaser regardless the reasons (if late).
