this dispels the simple supplies and demand theory propounded by many.. and we need not have an economy slump to witness such price drop in property.. adn the following theories:

singapore does not have any of those but still price come down for past 6 months how to justify

i once watched movie there, its nice. but those two people in the backseat annoyed me... making annoying sound all the time 

What kind of annoying sound? 

sound that made me went mad    eating popcorn while watching movie = common. making sound while eating like u never eat that popcorn = the hell are they from?    they even snoring and keep tolak my chair with their feet liao    that was my first n last haha

BTW, Sam kor oways travel from SEH to KLCC and more often than not, reachable within an hour! So to him, really wet wet water for such travelling distance and time

wah.. ok lor such an endurance.. me from kajang also 7 am or 715 am, start reach around 830 am or later depends on traffic , whether, and etc.. sometimes from KL to KLCC already 35 minutes

dis taikor must be very early 6 am or 630 am..
