hahhahaha.. i called tan sri liew give me the key to unlock and walk in... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
Its been updated today at their website. Only few types has new pictures, other DSL no progress, only see the piling and empty lot.

EcoWorld will showcase their EcoMajestic township at the Mapex held in Midvalley from 4-6 April. Can see the whole master plan. Today star paper publish this info and can see parts of the township from that pic. Seems like got quite a number of high rise building.

I think SEH will not be a ghost town afterall... (Hope). I dont wanna live with ghost

I was there in Midvalley yday but didnt realize got mapex exhibition there... Sigh... I still not sure will go again or not. If I do I will take some pics. Maybe some other bros or Taikajie can help as well...

No commercial mall??? Too bad...those highrise are future launch? I assume the left hand side road connection is to link with ecohill. From this masterplan, my opinion is that ecomajestic is less greeny, less waterpark if compare to ecohill precint 2 and precint 3. Ecohill still more cantik.. biggrin.gif

Eco majestic looks quite dense and less greenery

Personally think that eco hill still better with huge compound reserve for the park at the center of the master plan.

The shopping mall is at the area with those highrise?

2) Highrise = commercial either retail, office or shoplot

3) Access = a) Lekas-EM link b) Ecohill Link c) Jln Semenyih

4) MC (tentatively) = a) DSL below RM200 b) Semi-D below RM300

5) Price (tentatively) =

a) DSL from 570-600k onwards (20' X 70', 22' X 70', 24' X 75')

b) Link Semi-D from 800K onwards (32' X 70, the other 2 types I cant remember the measurement)

c) Semi-D from 1.3mil onwards (40' X 80' and ... tak ingat tongue.gif )

d) Vacant bungalow lot ~ RM130psf Rabel dear laughing all his way to the bank jor

6) Clubhouse = tentatively yilek, only a sports centre, that explains the low MC tongue.gif

7) Not sure perimeter fencing or perimeter wall, not sure if there is perimeter cctv for surveillance
