Hello all, did any aquatilis house owners being billed already? I have a credit card application was rejected because their credit report shown that I defaulted one month house loan- aquatilis is my first and only house so far.

May I know whether aquatilis has been billed? I never received any reports on this. Thanks.

Anyway, I don't see there is any problem for SEH to complete the LEKAS link together with the houses VP. Apparently, the progress of the houses seem pretty awesome, both DSL and Cluster/Semid progress very well. Although now only the 8th month after the SEH launching, we already can see some houses even have the roof structure installed already.

Though got people made baseless speculation and condaming SEH will be slowed down due to 250 staffs relocation from SPS to EW, but be frankly I really don't observe any impact so far.   

This brochure is already available when SEH start giving out the 2014 calender I suppose. Hopefully they will keep their promise...     

No worry bro, even EM also somehow relying on this connecting road too. I presume EW also hopes this link can be completed as soon as possible too..

The concept of 3R......reduce, reuse and then recycle...... Our government failed badly in this aspect.

1.They are not encouraging 3R enough at school and society level.
2. Only one Saturday without plastic day.
3. Styrofoam is still allowed to be used.
4. They have yet impose waste segregation at source
5. They have done nothing on composing...there are other private composing projects that can work brilliantly. Our G doesnt seem to be interested.
6. They only want to create project i.e. KL Incinerator that cost RM800 million..... WHY?

haha..i use digital cam. Each picture storage is up to 4MB, sam kor using his superb smart phone. That's why got different abit...actually the pictures can be more clearer, I was trying to zoom for monlis, luzento and other semi D, but it is too hazy because the construction site very busy there.

I am happy to see the road connection between the Precint 2 and 3 connected to Precint 1 (DSL and WC) already.

by the way, I also noticed the same, each type of DSL, must have one Unit (Corner) almost completed with painting. I think the developer want to make sure the worker don't mess up the house type at different plot gua..that's why complete each corner Unit first, then the bangla worker can just mimic and following the rest in the same plot.

Just asking, I visited SEH this morning and saw like a new road construction somewhere near to second roundabout from the entrance. So what's the story about this road? It looks like its connecting into SEH from the housing there. Anyone can enlightene me? Am a Pistian though...
