We would like to assure you that the safety and security of the township is one of our biggest concerns. For that reason, we are going the extra mile in appealing for the installation of perimeter fencing and guard house for Precinct 1 residents.

However, at this point of time, we cannot make any commitment or announcement pertaining to fencing and guard house matters because we need more time to carry out a feasibility study. Furthermore, our decisions on the matter will still be subject to Authority approval.

We do understand and sympathise with your concerns and have taken steps to address them. As you know, this application for a temporary guard house and fencing will only come in at a later stage, and we are still coordinating with the local authority for the approval of these temporary works.
Rest assured that as a responsible developer, we will do our best to ensure the safety and security of Setia EcoHill. We look forward to working with you and the other residents to making this township even more secure for our collective peace of mind.

The progress of DSL units in SEH always at the forefront, everything seems going very smooth in a very fast pace. DSL units not only building the body structures on ground floor, the framework structures even for second floor is started as well.....           

Refreshed again, SEH lauched on 11 Oct 2013, today 31 March 2014, this is the progress within 5.5 months only...

Lekas link progress well too... Now not only can see the Lekas highway, Semenyih Lekas toll can be clearly observed as well ....   

Bro treehill, do you know for what reason they want to change the concert location?

 

No worry, I think their strategy is fully concentrated on first phase units (Pallida,Pilosa,Angusta,Argentea) now. After these units are done, full swing on Pistia and Aquatilis I suppose...  

Lol, if got free time, I will try to update the progress in another month time...   

Oppps... seems like MPKJ already "claim" his right on the PARC...       

Bro Treehill, perhaps currently the PARC don't have any dog designated area yet. Hopefully SEH can develop this kind of area, so that pet lovers can bring their pet to have a pleasure evening walk...
