There's so many useless newspapers out there that is talking nonsense, so are you saying all news in the so called newspaper is newsworthy?
While it might be true, but saying it is confirmed and cannot be wrong is misleading.

What most people fail to see is the potential of Semenyih, Kajang and Bangi corridor.
This area is lacking of investment and has a huge population untapped.

The distance to certain area is definitely good for example, Cyberjaya Putrajaya, Seri Kembangan etc.

If I work in the southern part of KV, I don't need to stay in the northern part, hence this Semenyih, Kajang, Bangi area is an attractive proposition for me.

that's what i have explained long ago.
Not every soul in this KV works in KLCC area.
alot more people work in other parts of KV.
We don't need to travel to KLCC all the time.

What suits you might not suit others, and vice versa.

LKS saw the potential of this area, coupled with Mahathir's hope of having Southern area to be further developed.
He probably (here I am guessing) wanted to tap on this potential, but before being able to fully develop this area, he was forced off from the company he developed.

Not wanting to give up, he decided to buy another piece of land and restart all over all.

But the way he look at it is probably as rival working together, which is obvious is many companies.
Big corporations are rivals but when comes to project, they will put all aside to work together for success. MNCs work this way and as long as they get their interest protected and profit, they won't be competing to kill each other.

aiya, as a matter of fact, cronies rules this country le.
If LKS said no and refuse to step down, all SPS project will jam, cause they won't let him rest.

So win win situation for his is to step down, take the money and start up all again.

As for PNB & SPS, we will never know their plan and what will happen. Argue till lose voice also you won't know.

10 years down the road we will know.

One thing for sure, all existing project is ok, only project that is coming 2-5 years down the road. Those are the one we don't know.

unfortunately, as much as everyone hate it, land is limited.
Its just a matter of time before all these DSL and Semi D and Bungalow prices rise till millions.

The future generation mostly will stay in apartments and condos.
For those aspiring to have their own houses, they will need to settle for either the above or get a second hand houses, pour in 100-200k cold hard cash for renovation.

Again, most people gonna point out one fact, there's plenty of such houses around.
Yes, but it is not suitable in the sense of location (near main road and heavy traffic, porch too small, not gated and guarded, etc).

Very few of those nice landed houses available in KV today.

After EM, we will have another SEH, then we have this RRIM land and Bandar Malaysia maybe.

Setia Alam might have some left.

Those in Puchong, probably too out of puchong or too deep inside.



Given the above, are you guys still gonna revise your opinion?
