i remember when SEH do this kind of sell strategy by asking ppl to queue until night to get the number, some forumers commented that LKS left then the SPS seems like do lousy arrangement to sell the properties by asking buyers to stay until night..

but in fact, the ecoworld that LKS newly join, is doing the even worst practice by asking ppl to stay overnight to get the number but nobody said this is lousy selling stratergy..
