im planning to sell off my red 1.3 gen2. cannot tahan anymore with the fuel consumption. can anyone here help me to change my mind?

change ur engine to 1.6 and do some mods?

bring ur car to seremban bring RM500 and i'll intro u to my fren who will help u install the fuel pressure regulator (brand arospeed).

still not satisfied bring another 200 and we'll go change ur extractor (Wegow 4-2-1) and for slower noise and better pickup come to sunway and get everco s-flow rear exhaust...

Shazmn, I also noticed the other day there was this fuel gauge fixed around your FPR.. I was wondering if we can get an aftermarket fuel gauge for the purpose and install it in our dashboard with the FPR?

the fuel gauge's purposes is to read your current fuel pressure and it is attached directly to ur regulator body...

even if it is possible to do so, dont u think its hard next time u wanna set ur fpr...u have to set the regulator n go in ur cabin to check the reading

i heard gen2 is discount up to 13k, so what is the cheapest gen2 for 1.6 liter manual transmission?

my fc shows 8.1l/100km...high fc? my gen2 1.6manual, and 4-2-1 extractor

put Autogauge meters will void warranty or not?does it involves complicated wiring work?

scared to mess with the car's electronic thingy...

i'm an ex-gen2 owner.. same model too.. tried upgrading that what it's necessary for FC but ended up selling it too.. happy wif myvi now though RM60 can bring me around 350km 60% town n rest on highway.. FC not as good as i was expected wif myvi but at least i feel the extra power wif it... not like the 1.3, always need to pedal it hard...

if u haf got the 1.3 manual o the 1.6 version, u would b lot more happier.. sorry if i said something wrong here.. no hard feelingz..

imho, myvi wouldnt b a car with low fc coz it is using avanza's engine, well, as we all noe, oni vios manage to go in the market with low fc, based on toyota car family..

so anybody could comment on my fc?

btw, did you take out the cat-con when you installed the 4-2-1 extractor?

Most definately must remove the cat con, there is no possible way to have a 4-2-1 without removing the cat con.
