Heard the news they remove RMAH and RoS is coming.

Havent play D3 long long time ago, delete the game in my pc actually. However after read the news (above), feel kinda wanna to roll back. Daym i love this game but Jay Wilson n co f***ed up this game good last time, I surrender and quit D3. Too much pain, not enough profit...

So guys, what is this RoS? Do I have to start with new hero or can I use my old barb again?

Storyline? Do i have to play Act 1 again?
