Looking for flash games with original content and without strings attached via licenses and royalties. This is to prevent future litigation problems.

Interested parties please post here or email me.

Thanks.

more about your company?

hi does it really matter?

we're an FMCG company in the midst of revamping our corporate website from a corporate look and feel to be more consumer orientated, i.e. online portal.

flash games are everywhere but purchasing legal ones is an issue and most companies aren't giving us a good price because of our strong brand name in the market. its not fair to assume companies will pay an arm and a leg for a simple flash game because we're well known in the market. rclxub.gif

FMCG = fast moving consumer goods

We are selling canned drinks.
Internationally known brand.
Target market is 15-25 (or 29).
Our brand is usually linked with sports, extreme sports, motorsports, action, etc.

Hope this helps.

well, that's the difference when you're speaking to someone who's greedy and to someone who values their work. your company name shouldn't only be looked as an excuse to pry more money from you but because it should be a form of authenticity and respect. but as i said, it depends on whether you get a greedy person approaching you.

anyway, with a budgte of RM2000-3000 you should be able to get quite a good deal. If you want something for 1000-1500, just be sure that the game fits your requirements and the demand of online customers today.

for example; if the game were a football penalty with just a goalie moving from left to right, you can be sure that the player will be bored after 5-10 minutes. though games are seen on many websites today as part of their marketing, commercial like appearance during introductions, they're effective because they're simply addictive.

so remember that the game you're looking to purchase, must be addictive to your target audience or your customers won't want to play it even. smile.gif

cheers.

We understand your point.
Our vendor tie-up was not successful thus we have approached others but they need development time for such games.

Right now, we're looking for very simple games as a stop-gap measure.

We also welcome developers of the nature you suggested.

The original plan was to make it into an arcade of sorts with simple games mixed with high-end games, where high-end games would have ladder board and highscore database. Weekly prizes to the guy at the top of the ladder then the ladder gets resetted to zero so everyone can climb up again.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for all your replies.

Someone stepped up and we have flash games support for our launch date now rclxm9.gif

However, I'm still open to the idea of any developer who wishes to work together with us to create a customized flash/java game.

As the provider stated above is just letting us use whatever they have in their archive.
