QUOTE(dynames07 @ Apr 20 2014, 02:45 AM)
i am cooling down myself as i cant go to sleep with all the negative thought. if anybody feels the same, here are some of the things you might consider to ease up.

1) no use putting the blame on the ref. they do make mistakes and there is nothing we can do on this matter. just think of it as luck or better, random number generator (for those who play MMO and related games) that determine your outcome from shit to gold.

2) we still have UCL. and i think we got quite a chance to progress to the final. even if we fail in the final, we can still attract big players considering our latest history in the competition. 7 semifinal in the last 11, and if we do progress to the final, it will be the 3rd in a row in european level competition.

3) the team really lack A clinical striker. this is the ONLY thing we are lacking. the only team domestically that we need to fear is still man city considering all the resource they got and the depth of their team. getting a clinical and good forward will be top priority for next season and if we got one, i really hope opponent will TREMBLE against us.

4) i know we are so close in this season PL run-in but just think this failure as a give to steven gerard if liverpool go on and win it. their team totally deserve it. SOME of their fans deserve it. i really hope they will win it because i fear some of them will go full retard if they slip-up in the last 4 games.

so, that's all. cheer up guys and go to sleep haha

i am positive we will be f**king strong next season.
*
Yup guys, don't dwell too much about it. Enjoy a beautiful Sunday...we were there without most of our strikers scoring constantly. So with a clinical one, we could do better next season.

Guys, can give opinion on what is lacking at our trident?without hazard that is.other than creativity, what i saw is lack of confident and trust
*
simple, everyone capable to score..everyone try to score..no one want to create a better chances for others..and we dwell to long on the ball..no more quick play.

He just made a meal out of the situation, given that Azpi lost the ball, scrambling back...first response most people would think is he made that tackle to avoid a goal. Better don't complain too much, if not other supporters will said that we're blaming the ref when we lost a game.
*
lel. but...but...but...the replayed showed the truth. tongue.gif

k la. then I blame the technology. Should have instant replay like NBA. Where Ref can pause the game, go to the monitor and view the incident. laugh.gif

Anyway. Hope Sunderland can stay up now.

Our prob, again I stress.

1) Rely too much on Hazard, once he injured. we lacked the width to stretch the space between full back and center back.

2) We don't have a finisher, a proven poacher in the penalty box. Signing a proven poacher is a must next season. Pls pls pls pls bring in Falcao or Costa. 1 will do. at least sign 1.

Transition okay but to lose at home at the crucial stage?
Transition is only the word

We just unlucky having unfavor decision against us.
Hopefully mou able to steel up our players mentality amd resolve our main problem next season.

Haha, you're right. Have a bunch just now hurling against a fellow Blue. Well, credits to Gus...the team played for their lives. We on the other hand didn't.

Well, let's hope and see if there's anymore twist and turn during these last few weeks. Maybe there will be... brows.gif

Not all is lost, looking forward to the next match, bring on Atletico Madrid!

We just can't finish off the games.

Meh.striker or no striker,it's just another excuse.yes eto'o scored and we rooted for him,but who was the player in form?ba.this reminds me of the EXACT same stage of the season when oscar got a double vs arsenal and was inexplicably dropped vs palace.

We lost that one,and again i'm scratching my head as to why 'in-form' players have been left out of the squad.unnecessary tinkering from the gaffer, and dare i say 'benitez-like' tinkering. This is one thing I've failed to understand about jose this season. If something's clearly not broken, why change it?

Screw the league,i don't care much if we finish second or third. Our main objective now should be to get past atletico madrid in the CL,because we DESPERATELY need the money.
*
Totally agree. Tinkering too much. If benitez at helm right now, negative comment surely flooding.

For me, Mou sometimes losing the plot.

Well I hope you guys realize we are still going to Anfield and there are 3 more games for Liverpool. I don't know if most Chelsea fans are new here... but we do have a penchant for doing things the hard way.

Nah..tinkering is not the problem...if we win, so I dont think we should blame them if we lost.

I dont see any player that come in do any wrong.

we cant score the second goals..at home..that was the problem.

Anyway. Keep the blue flag flying high.

keep ur chins up. We created many chances, just that we don't have a striker to finish it off.

The unbeaten home record is bound to be broken anyway. Is just a matter of which team to do it. Now that it's broken, the players and manager will not feel so much pressure when playing at home.

Btw, without Cech organizing the back four. I find our back four and GK comical. doh.gif 2nd half, we're like trying to play tiki taka at own half with GK. so dangerous. sweat.gif

We need Cech back as soon as possible to give some command to the back line.

not Sturridge level of greedy, but they capable to do it, they have done it before this..the believe that they can do it..

but..it not happening for them..the trident play better against bigger opponent, because they understand that they need to work together to overcome the opponent.

Am I the only one who feels that it is more saddening that Jose's unbeaten record has to end here, rather than letting the EPL title slipped away here ?

I mean, I already set a default condition in my mind that Chelsea is gonna go trophyless end of this season...any trophy is an extra bonus.. so slipping away the title to either liv or city (i dont really care who wins, am i the only one also ?) in this game makes me sad indeed, but what's most saddening is that jose's unbeaten 78 home games ends today.

Sorry guys,i'm not convinced this is purely a 'striker' problem, because i see some serious issues with the way we go about approaching games.Especially at decisive junctures of the season.

For instance, has anyone noticed we rarely play any one touch football when we're attacking?everything is sooooo slow and deliberate.as we get closer to the 18 yard box it gets even worse..players seem out of ideas and can only manage sideways passing in front of the opposition penalty box. If we're not counter-attacking,we just appear clueless.

Unless our next dream striker's name is messi / ronaldo, disciplined opponents will shave off a minimum of 2 points against us next season. There are other serious problems which cannot be solved by just throwing in a cavani or costa.

We lacking widht. We dont have proper strikers and natural winger like robben, bale, di maria that can tearing apart defends. We lacking players that can cut back and try to enter penalty box. Only hazard capable while oscar willian cant do this.
