Hi there,
I used that tablet last night and it was okay. I just put it to sleep mode while the battery is still half full. Today when i try to turn on the power button, no response at all. Cannot turn on. I put it to charge and the screen still has no display, but it shows green light in the charging port, to indicate is fully charged.
Any solution to solve it? How to turn it on again? Or how can i do a factory reset in order to make it on?
Please help. Appreciate it.
Thank you.

common china made tablet problem is that it fails to wake up from sleep
try pressing the button for 10 seconds or longer, usually will turn off the tablet, and try to turn on the tablet back

QUOTE(hazard_puppet @ Mar 22 2014, 11:53 AM) common china made tablet problem is that it fails to wake up from sleep try pressing the button for 10 seconds or longer, usually will turn off the tablet, and try to turn on the tablet back It does not turn off itself, usually a message will pop up to ask if want t shut down. But this time i press hold it, no display and no response. Not sure if it is now on or off also.
