comrade tkt... i don't think so. i think it depends on when allscript ships out the restock to the retailers. i doubt there would've been any leftover stock (unless they're leftover due to some defect). the apaches always fly in HOT!

i have to admit, i'm no expert... but simplistically, if almost everything gonna kena 6%, inflation will go up an additional 6% also, right? and i'm just wondering, is it a possibility for a snowball effect with regard to this gst thingy. like 6% when a sells to b, and another 6% when b sells to c... so on and so forth. any experts out there?

i finally got my hands on issues #22-27 and i must say both the mangusta and puma are disappointing, especially the mangusta. i think there's hardly any diecast in it and the details are almost non existent. honestly, the mangusta sure looks like a cheap plastic toy. my puma also has quite a fair bit of glue residue but otherwise not too shabby.

on the other hand, the bk117 and bell ch146 looks awesome... probably coz their scheme has more colours. the detailing on the bk117 is pretty awesome and i can even make out the tiny "christoph 1" on its nose! i'd actually recommend these two over the mangusta/puma . but i guess some are targeting just the military choppers...

oh, and i just realised the models are all from different countries... france, germany, us, italy, canada and uk!

the Comanche all in same color blades and wheels...

i think the manufacturer kinda knows these models sell. that's why they don't really bother making any effort

Many thanks for the pics, bro @WingNut . It does look like the Mangusta is better off skipped. Wonder if the plastic content is due to Amercom 'copying' a fully plastic kit and didnt know which part to be die-cast during the conversion.
