be very careful with that reply. raising volatges is one thing but must be within acceptable limits. The current recommendation is not to go over 25% of the stock voltages. Usually the voltage is increased only to strengthen the memory controllers when one starts to up the VDIMM. Otherwise I've noticed for general overclocks for normal use would run well at stock voltages.
For overclocking, safest is to go in 5Mhz steps of FSB as it's easier to diagnose the problem. In fact serach around the various forums on how to overclock for AMD
