 I cant OC my processor!, problem and have to run as default speed

I have recenly build up with S939 system and i think i maybe happy with it.

Unfortunely it make me felts troble for it when i want to OC.
I only can use back my default FSB and speed which is 1.83ghz and i cant go for more. Have 1 time i remeber i can go for 1.9ghz only, then its cant boot up and i have solve it by clear the Cmos.

But i never OC my ram So far because i wonder its may bring affects to my performance when i am wrongly config with it.

i am using stok HSF and IDE load is 38c full load is 45c.

So can you help me to solve it?

The bios setting is like this :
PCIE FREQUENCY 100
Processor Multiplier set to 11.0 (max can go to 25x)
processor voltage set to 1.3v. (max can go to 1.35v, min is 0.8v)
DDR voltage set to 2.70v. (max is 3.2v, min is 2.65v)
PCIE voltage set to 1.2v (max is 1.5v, min is 1.2v)
Vcore over-voltage (disable)
Southbridge Over-Voltage (disable)
PEG LINK MODE normal
PEG BUFFER LENGTH (DO NOT IS WHAT)
CPU frequency is 200. (max is 400 , min is 200)

i am using cap ayam ram. but with new cooler TT VENUS 12, I ABLE TO ACHIVE FOR 2.3GHZ. its it a good try?
