(Comment on 27 March 2014)May i know what do you mean by "Check balance, immediate reply, subscribe plan or 4G very slow reply". Because from what you stated seems like you dont have any problem to subscribe for the internet & 4G service but only slow replied by Celcom. You have checked balance according to my instruction at first page right. Refer double stars.

(Comment on 28 Match 2014)Then it comes to "finally managed to subscribe to the 1MONTH internet package via BlueCube centre since the sms never seemed to work" & "why is the speed capped at ~60KB/s? Tested outside the sunway's bluecube centre some more, not even 3G speed".
Its very weird when you said you have subscribe "1MONTH" internet package via BlueCube Center (28/3/2014) while before that (27/3/2014) you said got immediate reply after checking the credit balance after subscribe for "1MONTH" internet package. May i know immediate reply contents by celcom? I didnt know whether the internet subscription success or not but from what you said before seem like the internet subscription succeed.
About the speed that you mentioned "capped"at 60Kbps then your portawifi easily can get speed more than 2Mbps let have a discuss. Different plan will have different internet speed even using the same modem. I have mentioned in first page at my thread about this. Refer to double stars.
Internet Speed:3G Coverage will up to 1.5Mbps (Maximum)
4G Coverage will up to 70Mbps
**Internet speed may vary depending on the type of modem, mobile phone, operator network configuration & signal strength(29 March 2014)In order to help resolve your case i have called Celcom Customer Careline. Kindly follow the time sequences.
1. I have topup & subscribe for "1MONTH" monthly internet subscription using new sim.
2. Subscription for internet didnt has any problem but got problem with 4G service subscription.
3. I have made speed test then got speed around 600Kbps @ 0.60Mbps. Not "capped" at 60Kbps like you said.
4. Then after having conversation about 10 minutes with celcom customer careline (1111) then i have been updated with new information.
5. Keyword for "ON4GLTE" had been changed to "ON 4GLTE".
6. Some locations may experienced slow internet connection because of coverage upgrading & maintenance. I have included Sunway's BlueCube as location for speed test.
7. I have retest the internet speed then i still got the same speed around 600Kbps @ 0.60 Mbps. Still not "capped" at 60Kbps.

Basically, this morning everything went perfectly fine.
Maybe it took a few days to err.. warm up?
