No.... The unit is not a true power unit, and the name is deceptively named to hide its real wattage. Very poor ripple and voltage regulation, and better units can be bought at the same price. my pc specs

80+ Bronze/Silver/Gold denotes the efficiency of the power supply. 80+ Standard is the lowest rating for a 80+ unit, where 80+ Platinum is the highest rating for a 80+ certified unit. Note that 80 Plus certification do not dictate the power supply's quality.
725W is massively overkill for a single GPU build. PSUs like the Seasonic S12II 620W/M12II 520W would be a much better choice.
