Hi Guys,

I'm thinking of implementing RightFax service as my final pet project in making the office more paperless. Right now I'm confused with all the results returned when i type "RightFax" on Google. Seems like a lot of companies are using the same name.

Anyway, what I want to do is for users to be able to send a fax immediately from their computer to their receipient without needing to print out said document, and can receive fax like checking an email. So basically, instead of a "printer" in the print dialog box, it will be RightFax dialog box where user keys in fax number, etc etc.

I've used this in a bank last time, but I don't know which variant. Anyone here knows? Thanks.

RightFax is a trademark product name for a computer faxing application.
The company name is Captaris.
The features are about the same as you described, and more.

Had you tried go to Rightfax website and check it out?

I've search RightFax on google and it came back with more than 2 dozen results. That's why I'm asking which one is the recommended one, not "what is RightFax?"
