I see the location is not bad.. Just behind the YTL East.. With MRT coming in 200m away, it is not bad tho.. General Hospital also not far away, PWTC also nearby, lot's of schools, Aeon big River city also in walking distance. Only bad thing about it is the area is there are many old shops.

Property is illiquid, price takes years to bottom. Unless market sentiment change, property price has yet to bottom.

May be you like to share with us how much loan interest buyers need to pay for 1 extra year, and why developer need to extend completion by one year?
