I had approached developer directly and compared with SA pricelist and available units. I can tell you SA gives better services and packages, also the available good units.

don't think property will take years to bottom. land prices and construction costs will definitely going north in long term. compliance costs in city construction will definitely increase. can't see any reasons why property prices will drop in long run.
