So make sure the 2 projects compare with 3 above factors is 99% similiar win status, only compare LH or FH.

To apply and convert from LH to FH, damm tough and process need years where all community must consent the JMB for the application with solid reasons such as, the taman / houses are surrounded by all other residential area, matured, great occupancy of own stayers and so.

I believe, not easy.
