Can't really say much since I don't have the reviews for every notebook 
But I suppose the Illegear RS-15 Lite will be able to give you what you want~

Illegear is all about customizations man, don't think you'll be able to get ready units
Just head to the website, customize, bargain and buy haha, not too hard I think? Or you could just contact the resellers here in garage sales, they're all very friendly one 

If your budget is around RM4k, then the base spec RE-15 would be a good pick

If your budget is around RM5-6k, I would recommend you to take a look at the Dell XPS15, its one of the best notebooks out there for editing work 

Yeah, they come with touchscreen No optional non-touchscreen variants unfortunately haha... still, its a great notebook~
