Master degree holders will have higher salary compare to that of Bachelor degree holders. However, it depends on whether your knowledge fulfills their job requirements or not. If you have experience in that field, you are mostly like ahead of the pack. If you are judging those without experience, I guess Master degree holds the advantage there.
Agreed. Must compare apples with apples, oranges with oranges. Two of equal degrees, the one more experienced would normally be chosen. Assuming no other factors like personality etc, which is a key factor also. And the job spec of course. If one Masters one Bachelors but Bachelors more relevant work experience sometimes employers will choose Bachelors. Very few exec level jobs u need a Masters grad unless it is a technical specialism. Which is why u get many many youngish MBAs who cannot find appropriate level work, one reason is the crappy ness of their MBA, another is that they are overtrained for the junior level jobs but lack specialist knowledge or experience for the higher level managerial positions.
I've personally interviewed one MBA(from the Kemayan programme) who was clueless, i tell you, clueless!!!
