Just install the CM11 but getting error messages that it cannot detect sim card on and off. Can you guys recommend a more stable kitkat rom? Thanks.

Yes it can. But the error message pops up frequently. After i turn on airplane mode and off, the simcard is detected again. Searching online it seems to be a common problem with CM11.

Just flashed to slimkat. But the dpi is too small. I tried dling apps to change the dpi but the apps cant work. Any tricks you have to slove this? Thanks.

Hi,

I rooted my phone thge first time yesterday. Easier then I had expected. I suggest you study YouTube videos before doing so. I tested 2 cm11 and slimkat 4.4.2. Slimkat is far more stable expect for issues with the camera which can be fixed. Bro TaniV has been a great help. Have fun☺

I am also feeling that slimkat build 4 consume less battery. And also with this build 5 experiencing some lags as well. Maybe need to go back to build 4.
