I tried to make a call and it would dial but I cannot hear it ring or anyone talk. I messed with the volume and turned everything up, nothing happened. I tried putting it on speaker and still got nothing. I havent dropped my phone or gotten water on it. So I dont know what is happening. Please help!

Guys my S3 started this problem yesterday completely out of the blue! when i call or receive calls, noone can hear anybody! neither me or them so basically if i call it makes that calling sound then silence... no tone and you can see they picked it up but no sounds. samething when they call me... but my freaking phone mic is absolutely fine... I didnt drop the phone or had an issue with it either

i did :

- reboot into Recovery mode and clear the cache
- perform a Factory Reset

but nothing happen

some said i need to use the Kies software on your PC to reload the correct firmware, but i have zero knowledge about the software

yes, i did updated the software to 4.3, is it related to my problems ??

Very good.. smart consumer. But samsung still earning la.. guess what, I went to samsung service center today. Today just weekday and there are so many ppl go for service their device. This means what? Is it most of the Samsung devices are having issue one?  I wonder. After today, sorry to say that im kinda disappointed to this brand ady.. (

or still using the manual recovery method??

redraw mean what aaa?  from what i understand, when you closed apps, the icon or widget gonna take 1 or 2 second to appear... is that right?

Install the app first. Then register. Once done. U can go to the website and give command from the net to take photo or obtain a location of the phone.

Hi, my cousin S3 got some weird WiFi problem. His phone won't connect to the router when his not near the router and always come out authentication error even I enter the correct password to my wifi network but than this wont happen when the phone is near the router. My own S3 don't have this problem even downstairs. My cousin is on Stock 4.3 firmware and non rooted.
