Does anyone use MIUI here? I want to flash it to my sister's phone secretly(dual boot) and try to use. I heard it's very smooth.

International Galaxy S3 i9300 and other variants with 1GB of RAM will not have official KitKat. They said the experience will not be good if S3 is updated to official kitkat. Total bullshiat, if that is so, why can everyone run vanilla android smoothly. Oh, probably they have too much bloatwares. Lel.

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ May 14 2014, 01:08 AM) a lot things not working Bro, do you have any idea that whether it would work if I force restore nandroid of DN3 v5 from N7100 while let everything continue working? If I try would it brick the phone because of different boot loader?btw to those who using slimkat, saw you guys reply said smart stay and air gesture are working where to download them ? might want to try it out and multiwindow as well |

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ May 14 2014, 02:33 AM) QUOTE(tigerporc @ May 14 2014, 08:57 AM) Nandroid is a full backup of the partitions on your device’s NAND flash (i.e. your phone internal storage only) I mean nandroid contains the system right? If it contains the system of N7100, can we restore it to i9300?So it does a backup of your system, data, recovery partitions. You will not be able to use it to move across devices. It does not make sense to just restore the data partition without the system right??? Use titanium backup (or Helium) for that instead if you want to try to move apps (assuming that the apps are compatible with your new device) If no, lets just try it! If it bricks just have a party and go to Samsung Store and smash the S3 in front of them. Make them know how loyal we are to them and how they are treating us. MCB. 1GB is insufficient, tell Motorola. |
