How to make sound louder in front seating?, noob question

I'm driving an Iswara with stock ICE unit. Problem is when there's ppl sitting at my passenger seat, they will complain that the volumn is too loud. For me, seating in driver seat, feel the volumn is just comfortable. So, what should I change/add to balance things up?

yalor ... currently there's no speaker hole in the front door. Have to cut hole pulak ....
