You can't, not from official sources (JPN). This is because the person checking can only check his or her own name.

You can always ask to see the parents and snoop around.

Use common sense, see the routine, ask for his home address, house number, tell him you want to go to his house ( just to see the house). check his phone, and if he is not answering phone when he is with you.
