Maybe they don't officially announce the delay because there's a chance...

QUOTE(MattAces @ Oct 12 2016, 11:51 PM) Playstation HK livestreaming their launch event. On the bright side, PSN will update will all the PSVR titles, finally can play Thumper on my poor 2D screen. This is the biggest slap in the balls ever by both Sony Malaysia and Malaysia customs. One didn't even bother getting it early just in case shits like this happens. Another one weren't happy with the amount received. Toss in RM100 and there's nothing we can do. One freaking week. I mean 1 or 2 days I would've been absolutely fine, but one week? |

Resolution is fine as long as game running in native res with clean image.
Games like Playroom VR, tumble etc all very immerse, I forgot about the resolution in few seconds. The problem is some games running none native resolution like Driveclub. I think PS4 Pro will fix those. As for Scorpio, I think it support VR just to tick the box. Plus, PC VR solution will get phase out faster. |

QUOTE(Ninja @ Jan 30 2017, 06:28 PM) So, anyone completed RE7 in VR already? Finished the game couple days ago, all in VR.I haven't completed the game yet, just got 'outside' the house, looking for 'mama'. The ability to physically lean and look around corners to hide or search for enemies is at a whole new level. Immersion is impressive. I'm using Smooth turning with speed increased to 8. Totally zero sickness and the movement is very fluid. Seriously, those playing this on normal 2D. just stoppppp. Off your PS4 and go get a PSVR, then only resume. Surprisingly comfortable, zero sickness, able to play long sessions like 3-4 hours per session no problem. Game is meant to be play in VR, just too good. Graphic is not top notch, lots of alias from distant object, slow texture load etc. But the sense of presence make these none issue. Very intense game, but not so much in the later section when you get used to the game structure and when you got powerful weapon in your hand, you feel save. Still the game feel best when you enter unknown room, that mystery and atmosphere within VR is some game changing stuff. I would say if you have VR, RE7 is must have. If you plan to get VR, don't play the game on 2D, wait until you get VR. BTW, if you too scare, I suggest don't use headset of don't cover your ears fully. Let some room noise in to constantly remind you are not in the game. This post has been edited by wapplew: Feb 1 2017, 05:31 PM |
