My light damage for VR related games this Black Friday sales ... could've bought more, but too many games to play and sometimes after buying a flash sales game, it'll be 'free' for PS Plus soon after that.

SW Battlefront's X-Wing Rogue One VR Mission, come on! If it's twice as long and as good as Jackal Assault, I'll be satisfied ... even if I don't play the main base game ...

At least there's a VR-compatible game 'free' in December PS Plus line-up, as far as NA PSN is concerned, Asia PSN not sure yet.

Heheh ... sorry for very late reply ... didn't play PSVR right after buying the games coz trying to finish World of Final Fantasy before FFXV.

Tried Bound last weekend but haven't finish it although it's very easy, so far. Ya, as mentioned by someone else before, it feels like Journey but not as pretty, the colour isn't natural, more like negative spectrum. And ya, the camera views are a major issue for me ... it doesn't auto-adjust with your character's position, have to manually use right analog stick to constantly change the camera at fixed angles ala Hatsune Miku VR but with more angles ... although Option can set how often to auto-change camera to follow character, doesn't seem to work for me.
However, the motion-capture movement of dancing feels organic enough, the graphic is simple and clean enough for PSVR, and overall the game is okay when discounted.

There's one part in Kubo and the Two Strings animated movie that almost looks like the main background in Bound.

Too long reply ... TL;DR version:- only worth it when it's on sale.

Concurred ... why would anyone with PSVR play it in normal mode, VR mode is the way to go! That said ... starting at the beginning in the living room already feeling a bit dread even though played it in 2D before the VR update. The binaural sound ...
Haha, I purposely go for the bad ending the first time ... will proceed again when feeling braver.

I tried the smooth camera rotation option at setting 1 slowest instead of fixed 30 degree angle ... felt nauseated ... had to change back.

Yeap, even on base PS4, the graphic is much better compared to the Kitchen demo...although the human texture still can see lotsa jaggies, but non-static objects/models I guess can't apply AA, else too heavy computing.

Can't wait for RE7 on 24th Jan 2017 ... but simultaneously feel apprehensive playing it, haha ...

It's the updated version of The Beginning Hour demo (2nd update was called Twilight; now it's called Midnight, the final update), to support VR mode, and extra things....including the use for the dummy finger!

Can even peak around the corner ... I wonder if there will be a part in the full game when we open slightly the door, before going thru we glance outside, only to see a face staring at us ...

Pre-ordered already the physical game @RM229 tentatively, but hoping there will be steelcase or in-between edition (i.e. better than standard edition but cheaper than the UK's GameStop Deluxe 'House' Edition) ... if it turns out great throughout the whole game, RE7 can be considered the first full AAA killer-game (pun not intended) for PSVR?

I wanna bring my PSVR over to try, and justify whether should switch to PS4 Pro or not, even tho I'm not gonna buy 4K HDR10/Dolby Vision TV anytime soon.

But I haven't gotten my VR legs fully yet in the demo ... still feel nausea if switched to smooth turning. Really wanna play the whole game in VR mode and with non-pie chart camera control. Somehow, the way Rise of the Tomb Raider : Blood Ties VR mode implement the moving around/jump is good, but I guess not suitable for trying-to-shock-us-through-moving-slowly horror game.

And the good ending ... will it be important to get the item before starting the full game?

My friend bought his PS4 from Sony Store through online recently. After submitting the order online, he waited for Sony to call him, then only he gave his credit card information.

$284.09, around RM1,259.80 ... which, supposedly should cost only RM500++ if sold by local dealers.

For RM74.50, I think it's worth it; at the full price RM149, maybe not.
I bought VR World and Until Dawn:Rush of Blood.
Apply the 10% Raya discount code on top of the total price after 50% discount, altogether that's 60% discount.

I was wary that VR World might be 'free' in coming PS Plus or drastically dropping in price, since it's bundled for free with current PSVR packs; but can't be scared of future uncertainties.
In the end, I added Job Simulator in addition to the other two PSVR games, altho only 10% discount.
Those three games, I usually use their short demos in the PSVR Demo Disc to showcase PSVR ... so, with full version now, will hope to convert more to buy PSVR.

If more PSVR games support AIM controller, definitely yes.
In Farpoint, I could play for 2hrs+ without feeling nauseated (compared to 30mins in RE7).
Developer of Bravo Team is the same as Farpoint, iinm; for these two games, I guess maybe worth it.

Not yet try Arizona Sunshine. Tried Dick Wilde, and Brookhaven Experiment ... these two altho playable, can wait till sales.


Actually, if only they could make all other FPS game support AIM controller with PS Camera, no need PSVR, that'll be great as well.

Not many new games? Paris Game Week got enuf to keep me occupied for a long time if buy them all ... but wary that if buy and didn't finish, PS Plus will give PSVR games for 'free' ... dilemma.

Farpoint; if you judge compared to other full games like RE7, ya, maybe it failed; but in the short time it provides, the experience is amazing ... only one humongous exciting boss, okay; abrupt ending, okay; .. but the AIM controller should be supported by more FPS games (not only PSVR), it's great! I was also surprised by the quality of the facial motion capture...the cutscenes ... emotionally satisfying.

I was excited by the announcement that Doom VR also supported AIM, but recent short preview by UploadVR said that using AIM in Doom VR is a mixed bag.

So, if you think it's not worth it to get PSVR for reasons that you already knew; e.g. lower resolutions, hassle with cables, etc., then wait for PSVR2 lor. Else, if got extra money to spare now, why not immerse yourself in this new gaming experience? If you're jaded by nothing new in the gaming world for many years (nicer graphics, just evolutions), VR might interests you back into gaming (it's revolution) even if just in short spurts sessions. Got more money, go for HTC Vive or Occulus Rift!

I think so, the last time I check on MY PSN, don't have yet.

It's worth the (not so much) trouble creating US and UK PSN accounts, if you don't have yet. Plenty of other PSVR free stuffs you can download ... who knows, you might buy PSVR games from US PSN which aren't available on MY PSN. Got Lowyat sellers selling US PSN cards at a good price. Stock up on them ... Black Friday / Cyber Monday is coming.
But don't be like me, buy PSVR games but didn't play, then 'free' on PS Plus ...
