Already near 6pm,Gdex still not coming. i call Sony Customer Service, did you know what they told?
Due to heavy load,mostly will delivered on monday.
i straight away angry, what non sense is this,13th to 21st not wait enough.
They push to courier service people. i ask them am i Gdex customer or Sony customer?
they have no tracking number and nothing to track whether is in transit or other thing happen.
really piss off.

you should really call sony on this. because psn card aside, the vr games disc is confirm included in every ps vr, core or otherwise. i am not sure why they took it out, makes me think the next few batches will not be including the demo disc already.

Have you guys seen any physical copy on sale? Was at Gamers Hideout yesterday- they did not have any.

To everybody who is wondering why it is blurry or whatever. Well, unless the screen is rendering 4k, you will get blur no matter what VR headset you are on, this is not just a PSVR problem. Even at a higher resolution like using samsung gear and others (2k resolution or 1200p) it is still being magnified to your face, therefore the blur.

Just received and plugged in my PSVR. thoughts so far:

1. Like others, no protective sticker on the lens. Also, It's only a matter of time before my glasses scratch the PSVR lens.. I think I keep feeling the lens against my glasses

2. Had a hard time getting the PSVR to fit right on my head - no thanks to my tiny asian nose letting light in. Subsequent tries getting better.

3. first impression: MY GAWD IS IT PIXELATED. I SPENT RM2K ON THIS?! Tried Allumette. the weird grey silk texture thing is apparent on the night sky. Doesnt matter, It's pretty nifty how you can look into the ships, under bridges and get close up on people. Another thing is the positional audio works great. Instinctively home in on the source of the sound in the 3D world.

4. Tried Playroom VR, Robot Rescue as its the only game for less than 2 persons as I have no friends so my experience ends here I guess. Things far quite blur but when  nearby it gets pretty good, I can tell from the pixels and from having seen quite a few pixels in my lifetime. Controller can get jittery. Anyway, This game is perfect for VR, I love it and I dont even like platformers! VR will definitely change alot of game genres.

5. Managed to play an hour + before my brain made me feel like my legs were going to detach from my body

TLDR: At this stage VR is pretty crappy but I'm loving the experience. This is the best piece of junk I ever bought, 5/7 would buy again

If I'm going to spend RM2k-4k for a toy, I expect full satisfaction from it. The current PSVR's low resolution make the proposition a little unattractive to me  Even if couple with PRO the low resolution of the VR set will still remain due to the display limitation, that would be RM4k spent for half gen hardwares, not true next gen, probably with shorter product lifespan as well. Yes the initial VR novelty will be quite impressive, but what happened after initial novelty is that consumer wants "better" resolution/fidelity with display.

Microsoft Project Scorpio has already confirmed to be the most powerful console with true native 4k support and high fidelity VR support. So instead of getting a PS PRO with PSVR, getting the Xbox alternative seems to offer more when it launched (most probably will cost more than PRO+PSVR but the high end hardware seems more worthwhile). If not mistaken the Xbox will support Oculus Rift instead of Microsoft releasing its own VR headset. If so, that's really attractive selling point. A true next gen console with a VR headset that will have longer life span (can continued to be used with PC even when console stop supporting it). 

How long will Sony continue to support PS Pro and 1st gen VR if the Scorpio with much higher end hardware and PC grade VR eats into Sony's market share? Microsoft basically declared the next round of next-gen war, will Sony remained idle to be butchered? I don't think so, PS5 will have to come out earlier than Sony planned.

Edit: What XboxOne has done with Xbox 360 backward compatibility is also admirable, if that continues on the next gen console it would means tonnes of great games will live on beyond a console generation, instead of the poor fate suffered by PS3 games.

No matter how high tech or very well specced machine this Scorpio is going to be... but as long as Microsoft refuse to OFFICIALLY support the console in Malaysia, I will have to say fly kite to their product here. Having owned an xbox360 before, it's damn annoying when things go wrong with the machine and you do not get locally official support.

I had a meeting with Microsoft i think earlier this year, regarding a project we were working on and I asekd them why no official support for xbox in Malaysia. They quoted, piracy.

told them that. they too are quite puzzled by the decision made by HQ. ah well, doesnt impact me much as my next aim is Nintendo Switch

and now since Windows 10 already has several Xbox One games in the store, I sont see the need for me to buy a Xbox One. Slap a usb 360 controller and i am good to go. Just waiting for Forza.
