Last resort will be Play-Asia. Their preorder for Asia is up, waiting for US price. As of now, RM450 + 50 shipping.

Hopefully Impulse able to bring in at around 400+. I saw HeavyArms updated a new posts stating estimated 4xx just now.

If price around RM4xx then i might bite and get from heavyarms
*
I'm ok with RM4xx, I really don't mind paying extra to avoid settling with the custom, shipping and everything. My maximum tolerance is around RM450.
Item is 80usd anyway and previous official press release statement for hong kong was RM370. Just worried about the whole shipping thing and custom thing if import from PlayAsia

Sad to see that, saw your thread. Good luck with the fund and hopefully you will get the chance to join back the VR community soon. Farpoint is really looking great and local shops are opening preorder.

Not bad, is it the official price there? So far only 2 shops in Malaysia confirmed taking order, Impulse RM399 and HeavyArms around 400~450.

Pre-ordered mine from Game Mart on 11 Street,RM390 after applying a coupon thumbup.gif

can't wait to get my hands on them but a bit worried about motion sickness as this will be my first VR experience sweat.gif
*
Absolutely a bad idea to start with this, seriously.
Try out some static games first, those where you stand on the spot/teleport.
Unless you are immune to game motion sickness, this might be among the top of motion sickness scale.
Worst one for me was Robinson (fps walking around game with ds4, sitting down) and previously Rigs (fps running around shooting game, sitting down).
But surprisingly RE7 was fine for me.

Really?? Ok now you're scaring me. Huhu. I guess I'll download a few demos and see how my body reacts first. Might be one of those umm 'lucky' ones who don't suffer any adverse effects. But I think you're right,I have to be cautious with this, don't want to suffer a severe bout of motion sickness till it turns me off the tech completely sweat.gif
*
Start with some basics, like VR World demo (shooting range and the underwater one).
In the demo disc, the worst one will be Rigs, Battlezone and Driveclub. Battlezone and Driveclub gives bad motion sickness mainly because of how blurry the graphic is, there are some games that looks really good.
I believe there's a free demo for RE7 that supports VR mode, not talking about kitchen demo, it's titled something like twilight update RE7 demo, you can try that.

If you plan on buying games, you can try Statik, wonderfully crafted puzzle game.
Mortal Blitz, pretty great VR game to demo (there's a demo in the disc too I believe), the final version looks great and very polished.
Fruit Ninja, another very polished arcade game.
Holoball, tron tennis, polished and pretty fun.
I Expect You To Die, another very well made puzzle game.
Job Simulator, (there's a demo for this too) one of the best way to demo VR.

Also just in case you aren't aware of US PSN store, compared to Asia PSN store, we have like 50+ titles missing, Asia PSN pretty much gave up PSVR and a lot of games are only released in US/EU.

Thanks dude, will keep those titles in mind! Bahh the farpoint bundle hasn't arrived yet, can't wait to grow my VR legs. Ohh I've always been a fan of the US store, their library and sales always seem a notch above the others.

Note: the VR bundle with the camera just arrived at noon today, kind of relieved after I found out shoppu shipped it with GDEX, which I SPECIFICALLY told them not to. Had a bad experience with them previously and numerous other horror stories heard from other people online. Kind of surprised the delivery guy actually called me to confirm the location, but he did sound annoyed though sweat.gif

Once you got it, if you have any problems with set up, tracking or whatever, make sure you get back here or pm me. I can provide a lot of tips on setting up and calibration stuff.

Just had my first hour experience with Farpoint and AIM controller.

Wow, this game isn't for someone who hates spiders! Very immersive, on par with Resident Evil 7.

I love the gun! The weight is just right and buttons are well placed. Nice ergonomic feel.

Can't wait for more VR FPS support
*
You are from Singapore right? Malaysia got delayed to Friday, thanks SIRIM (probably)
Also there are 5 games supporting the controller.

And I just bought Dick Wilde (support Aim controller too), HIGHLY recommended.

Sony Malaysia does bring in Farpoint bundle eventually? Is this the bundle that Impulse Gaming selling now?
*
Entire Malaysia delayed, most likely SIRIM problem again similar to PSVR launch. So far all of them are saying Friday, but Impulse said hopefully it will be as early as Thursday.

Oh and nope, Sony Malaysia haven't brought it in officially yet (online store). Aim controller wasn't even advertised here.

If Farpoint bundle is still not officially launched in Malaysia by Sony Malaysia yet, then what are those delayed Farpoint bundle btw, Farpoint bundle from other asia regions?
*
Yes it is R3. Farpoint did not launch officially in Malaysia but it launched for Singapore and other Asia countries. Since all of them are distributed by Play Interactive, so it's still Asia region. No idea why it is not officially launched in malaysia though.
