Really?? Ok now you're scaring me. Huhu. I guess I'll download a few demos and see how my body reacts first. Might be one of those umm 'lucky' ones who don't suffer any adverse effects. But I think you're right,I have to be cautious with this, don't want to suffer a severe bout of motion sickness till it turns me off the tech completely

Start with some basics, like VR World demo (shooting range and the underwater one).
In the demo disc, the worst one will be Rigs, Battlezone and Driveclub. Battlezone and Driveclub gives bad motion sickness mainly because of how blurry the graphic is, there are some games that looks really good.
I believe there's a free demo for RE7 that supports VR mode, not talking about kitchen demo, it's titled something like twilight update RE7 demo, you can try that.
If you plan on buying games, you can try Statik, wonderfully crafted puzzle game.
Mortal Blitz, pretty great VR game to demo (there's a demo in the disc too I believe), the final version looks great and very polished.
Fruit Ninja, another very polished arcade game.
Holoball, tron tennis, polished and pretty fun.
I Expect You To Die, another very well made puzzle game.
Job Simulator, (there's a demo for this too) one of the best way to demo VR.
Also just in case you aren't aware of US PSN store, compared to Asia PSN store, we have like 50+ titles missing, Asia PSN pretty much gave up PSVR and a lot of games are only released in US/EU.
