I encountered the same issue last time, when I received my card (without T-PIN) then I link to my online banking account but it show that it can't be process.

Once I called the customer service and asked them to provide the T-PIN, then the linking process is  completed successfully. CIMB should provide it earlier. :|


Received my card last month, swipe for over than 3 times (but actual need 3 times only for any amount) then I just received the welcome bonus and rebate this month billing cycle.

Btw, I also received the ZING Touch and Go (Auto-reload in highway) card offered by CIMB and they charged me RM10.00 for that. Called them and ask why they charged me, they told me that they will refund back the RM10.00 since the card was offered by them.

to avoid disappointment, use UOB Vox Card, sure can get the 5% cash rebate provided you have not fully utilized the cap

for online transactions cash rebate, UOB Vox is not so stringent, the exclusion list of CIMB is much longer. Full comparison please read the respective websites

contacted CIMB CS regarding the RM150 welcome bonus...
have to wait 4-6weeks after the 60-days of the card activation...

when using paypal, they incur service charge. i link my paypal a/c to ocbc bank and transact in RM, no charge.
