The ZING TnG is offered by CIMB as well, please check statement. Most of us been charged RM10 but they refund it back.

If you don't want to use the card, don't use it or just call CIMB to cancel it. It will only activate when you use it at the toll booth

if it's online you will get eg. e-city hotel that I booked at One City but if they processed it manually meaning you key in the details then later the staff use it to swipe the terminal then you won't get

but anyway i think you can test it until the make payment part whether it goes through ipay88, paypal etc this sure confirmed will get

if you use that cimb cash rebate yes. but because cimb charges cross border transaction fee of 0.8%... the nett 'gain' is not really 5%.
