true,bought AA tix on May..called CIMB cust care,they informed the 20% cashback will be reflected on the following month bill.

Hi guys,

I am using cash rebate platinum.

I checked this month's bill,got RM50 cukai perkhidmatan.

Called the customer service,they say they cant waive the cukai.

Anyone successful before?

yeap,but before this I was using Standard Chart CC and after 1 call to the Customer Service they gave me RM50 rebate.

Was hoping that its also possible for CIMB.

That time got 2 years free annual fee.

1st year service tax waive.

2nd year,I called and enquire,they gave..then I cancelled the card,as 3rd year start charging annual fee and the benefits so so.
