senheng got pay with point. when I try to buy something, the merchant told me I have no point. so after call customer then only I learned that my point already burned since January. abt 30000 point. good thing is they will reinstate the point and let me to utilize it in 2 weeks time.

no basis. when they check my points and after tell me it was burned, then straight away said that will reinstate for me. I haven't even tell them to do so. good customer relation I would say.
