i got question for all cimb card holder. i got outstading about rm1.56 remaining on my cancelled credit card account.
how to clear my remaining balance? i called the call center, they ask me go to counter.
does it worth i need to go to cimb counter take number que for 20 minute and pay for the rm1.56?
cimb really cannot waive the remaining balance of rm1.56 something?
let say if i dont pay does it will charge me any interest since i already cancelled the credit card.
You can try Interbank GIRO maybe. If not mistaken, there is no minimum limit for interbank GIRO, the charge also lower, only RM0.10. And you can print the receipt after the IBG as proof later.how to clear my remaining balance? i called the call center, they ask me go to counter.

Even if they charged interest, it won't be high.. even after many years.... However, the outstanding may actually affect your CCRIS record. Try to settle it rather than delaying it.
