may i ask do paying thr tnb bill thru myeg is consider e-commerce for 5% REBATE?if not, then i assume it wont be consider as utilities as it is must be thru standing instruction,right?then it will consider other retail 0.2% ifnot fall under the both category?

May i know any method of payment using cimb cash rebate card entitled for the 5% rebate?online payment thru cimbclicks or thru astro website?which one entitled for the 5% rebate Thanks all sifu if you dont mind to share the tips.Thanks ya.
