how can i check my credit limit and my balance on my card online if i do not have cimb account? can i register kwik account and link the card to it?

anyone getting suspicious call stating they are from CIMB bank and say there is a floating transaction amount of 3 thousand plus waiting for your verification. problem is my credit limit is currently less than that amount so it sounds like a fraud to me. the number called is +601300880900, which is same like the hotline number.

The number called mine sounds like automated voice.. but is human make one lol.. i didnt use my card for the past few days. I called hotline 1300880900 they say no transaction.
